1 C Pecan Halves
1 lb Light Brown Sugar
1/4 C unsifted Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 C Milk
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
3 Eggs
1/2 C Butter-melted

Directions:
Directions:
OVEN 325 1 hour & 15 min. 9 inch piepan

Put a pastry crust into pie pan.
Arrange pecans in concentric circles over bottom of pastry
Blend sugar,flour,and salt.
Mix in milk and vanilla
Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, using a whisk or beater
Mix in butter slowly
Pour filling over pecans
Bake until filling is fluffy
