2 c blanched almond flour
2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 c apple sauce
1/4 c avocado oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
5 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lined a medium sized loaf pan with parchment paper (8 1/2 x 4 1/2). In a medium sized bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into the lined loaf pan. Bake 40 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool 10 min before slicing. Placed in an airtight container.
