1 lg pkg Jello (any type but orange is good)
1 lg pkg cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
3 cups water

Mix together and bring just to a boil.
Remove from heat
When cold, fold in 8-12 oz carton of Cool Whip.

Can add fruit on top.
Chill and serve.
