10-12 carrots cut into strips
2 green onions, sliced
½ cup butter
½ cup chopped walnuts
sprinkle of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Steam or boil carrots until tender (~ 4 minutes). Melt butter, add carrots, onions and nuts and sizzle for a few minutes. Dust with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
