1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup flour
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 pot chicken broth
2 chicken breasts or thighs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the oil and flour in a large, wide pan. Brown the mixture on medium heat using a flat spatula to break up the clumps.Once it is brown, add the chicken stock and cream of chicken. Combine the cornstarch and water until dissolved. Slowly add to gravy, and stir to remove clumps. If there are still clumps, use a strainer and a spoon to remove. If the gravy isn't thick enough, make another cornstarch and water mixture and add slowly again to the gravy. Shred the chicken and add to the gravy.
