¼ cup butter
1 can peaches
1 can apricot halves
1 small onion, chopped
¼ cup honey
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1½ tsp curry powder
1½ tsp ground ginger
salt and pepper to taste
6 boneless chicken breasts
2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place butter in casserole dish and set in oven for 5 minutes until melted. Drain fruit, reserving liquid. Pureé all, adding liquid until mixture resembles runny applesauce. Add to casserole and heat for 5 minutes until bubbly.
Place chicken in sauce, bake 30 minutes or more, basting often. Turn and sprinkle with seeds. Bake 15 minutes longer or until golden. Serve with rice.
