Ingredients:  
1 whole chicken, cooked and cut into bite size pieces (or 2 lbs hamburger or whatever meat you want)
1 dozen corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
1 can green chili salsa
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 green pepper (optional)
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350º

Tear up tortillas. Mix all ingredients together, except chicken. Make 3 layers (tortillas, chicken, and soup mixture). In a well greased 9x13 pan, layer, topping with cheese.

Bake for 1 hour and is actually better if this stands in the fridge overnight.
