1/2 cup rolled oats
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1.5-2 lbs ground beef
1/4 cups onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 TBSP parsley
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
3 cups mashed potatoes
1 lb cheese, shredded
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º
Mix throughly oats, soup, beef, onions, egg, parsley and seasonings. Press firmly into baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes. Drain grease.
Frost with potatoes, top with cheese.
Bake 10 minutes more.
Let stand for 15 minutes to cool
