4 cups seasoned chicken broth
2-3 cups cooked and cubed chicken
4 med tomatoes
5 stalks celery, finely diced
6-8 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cornstarch
4 cups hot cooked rice
1 pkg (10 0z), frozen petite peas, thawed
1-2 green peppers, chopped
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple
1/2 cup coconut
1-2 cups Chinese noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth and cornstarch. Cook until thick and clear. Add Chicken.
Place remaining ingredients in individual bowls.
Build your own stack and enjoy!
