3 cups stuffing mix
1.25 hot water
3 TBSP butter
4 chicken breast halves
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour cream or milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375º

Stir stuffing mix and 1.25 cups hot water and 3 TBSP butter cut up, just until moistened. Set aside.
Place chicken in baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream of milk. Pour over chicken. Top with stuffing mix.

Bake for 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
