1 rounded cup raw brown or white rice
1 cup finely chopped celery (optional)
1 can (4 oz) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups chicken broth
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
6-8 chicken pieces, skinned

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º
Spread rice, celery and mushroom evenly in a 9x13" baking dish. Mix soup, chicken broth and dry onion soup mix. Pour over rice and vegetables. Place chicken on top of mixture. Turn chicken over once to coat. Sprinkle remaining dry onion soup mix over chicken.
Cover and bake for 1-1.25 hours, or until rice is done.
