1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 400º

Cook ground beef and onions, drain and stir in salt.
Spread in greased 9x13 pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
Stir in remaining ingredients with fork until blended.
Pour into plate.

Bake 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
