1 pkg (8 oz) fettuccine egg noodles
5 TBSP melted butter
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/2 pint heavy cream
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup swiss cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain.
Mix seasonings and pepper with the melted butter. Toss with the warm noodles.
Mix cream and cheese. Stir gently, until swiss cheese is melted and noodles are coated.
Serve immediately, on a warm plate.
Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.

Add chicken, if desired.
