1 pkg pork sausage links
3 cups thinly-sliced potatoes
1 can cream-style corn
Onion, to taste
1/2 tsp salt
6-8 green pepper rings
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º

Cook sausage and drain. Layer with potatoes, corn and onion in 2 quart pan or baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover with green pepper rings.

Bake, covered, until potatoes are tender (45-50 minutes), uncover and bake for 15 more minutes. Can add cheese to the top, if desired.
