1 qt. jar Sweet vinegar peppers
1 sm. jar hot vinegar peppers
6 oz. pitted black olives (either canned or kalamata)
6 oz pitted green olives
1 can flat anchovies, drained and cut into 1/2 " pieces
1/3- 1/2 C EVOO
1 garlic clove, minced
Sea salt to taste

Directions:
1 Remove seeds of sweet vinegar peppers and break into pieces. Remove seeds from as many hot peppers as you want to use and break into small pieces.
2 Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Let stand up to 2 hrs before serving.
