1 can condensed nacho cheese soup
3 c milk
1 can cream of celery soup
½ to 1 c shredded Swiss cheese
8 oz canned sauerkraut, drained and snipped into short strands
14 oz Polish kielbasa or 12 oz corned beef
1 ½ c potatoes, chopped and cooked

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, mix milk, soup, and cheese. Add sauerkraut and simmer for 15 minutes. Add Kielbasa or corned beef and potatoes. Cook for 10 minutes or until hot.

Serve with toasted, buttered rye bread sprinkled with caraway seeds, if desired.
