1 c quick grits
1 stick butter, cut into small cubes
½ lb extra sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 roll Nippy garlic cheese (optional)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook grits according to directions on package. While grits are still hot, add butter, cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until butter and cheese are melted.
Place in buttered casserole and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

May be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated. If made ahead, pour a very small amount of milk on top and pierce grits with fork to allow milk to soak in.
