1 egg
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce, divided
1 1\2 tsp salt
1\2 tsp black pepper
1 1\2 lb ground beef
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 onion, finely chopped

Sauce
1\2 c water
3 Tbsp vinegar
3 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat egg, 1\2 c. Tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Add beef, bread crumbs, and onion and stir well to combine. Form mixture into a loaf and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meatloaf. Bake at 350º, for 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan juices.
