Salad Components
1 Bag of Spring Greens
1 Medium Pear (cored and chunked)
3/4 c. toasted walnuts (chopped)
3/4 c. blue cheese (crumbled)

Dressing
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. maple syrup
salt & pepper (to taste)
1 pinch garlic powder

Directions:

1. Toss together the salad components in a large bowl.
2. Mix dressing components together in a glass jar.
3. Dress salad when ready to eat.
