1 lb of spaghetti
1/3 c olive oil
8 garlic cloves sliced thing
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 C minced fresh parsley
1 c freshly grated parmesean cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring large pot of water to boil. Add 2 tablespoons of salt and cook pasta according to directions. Put aside 1 1/2 cups of the water before draining and set to the side

Heat the olive oil over medium flame in a large pot big enough to hold the pasta. Add the garlic cook for approximately 2 minutes stirring occasionally until it looks golden. Add the pasta water to the garlic and oil bring to a boil. Lower the heat add a pinch of salt and simmer for 5 minutes until the liquid is reduced to about a third

Add the drained pasta to the garlic sauce and toss. Remove from flame add the parsley and parmesean cheese and toss well. Allow 5 minutes for the sauce to be absorbed in the pasta. Taste for seasoning serve warm with parmesean cheese on the side
