Macaroni Mix:
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 egg white
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons milk

Lamb mix:
Ground lamb
2 cups diced tomatoes
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 garlic clove chopped

Sauce:
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni. Stir in macaroni mix ingredients.

Meanwhile, cook lamb 10 minutes, stir occasionally, drain, stir in lamb mix ingredients. Cook 1 cup milk and cornstarch in sauce pan over medium heat, stir constantly until sauce boils and thickens. Stir in sauce mix. Spray dish and place ½ macaroni, lamb, rest of macaroni, sauce.

Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
