1½ lb. ground beef, cooked, drained
1 med. onion, diced
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. salsa, your favorite
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can refried beans
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, as needed
Tortilla Chips

Optional Garnish:

Green onions, chopped
Tomatoes, chopped
Lettuce, chopped
Jalapeno, chopped
Sour Cream
Guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions, drain well. Break up into fine pieces. Add taco seasoning and additional seasonings to taste. Use non-stick spray on bottom of baking dish. Spread refried beans on bottom. Cut cream cheese into strips and place on beans, leaving room between strips. It will melt and fill in the gaps. Sprinkle chili powder over cream cheese and refried beans. Spoon meat mixture over top. Spoon salsa over meat. Cover with cheddar cheese.

Bake uncovered in 375º oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Garnish as desired.
