1/2 cup white sugar
2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
6 Granny Smith apples...peeled and cored, and sliced

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat; stir sugar and cinnamon into the hot butter. Add apples and cook until apples begin to break down, 5 to 8 mins.
