2 lb Flounder Fillets
1 Egg- beaten with 1 tsp Water
1 C Flour
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 C Butter
1/4 C Toasted, Sliced Almonds
1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour , salt and pepper.
Dredge fillets in beaten egg, coat with flour mixture
Fry in oil until golden brown on both sides----about 10 min
Heat butter in a separate pan,stir in almonds and lemon juice.
Spoon butter mixture over fillets
