2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Lrg..can peeled tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
1/2 cup hot water
Filling
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
lasagne noodles
1 pk. mozzerlla cheese
1 pk. jack cheese

Directions:

Sauce:
Cook garlic in olive oil about 3 mins. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Add water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Season to taste.
Filling:
Fry sausage, cook noodles. Pour a little sauce in bottom of pan. Cover with layer of noodles, then layer with mozzarella cheese, more sauce, half the sausage, layer of jack cheese. Repeat layers once more, then end with a layer of noodles, sauce, cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 mins. until bubblly.
