2 -8oz. cans crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 -3.4 oz. pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 -8oz. tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup miniature marshmallows (I like the colored marshmallows)

* can add 1/2 c. toasted pecans - chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, stir together contents of the pineapple cans and the
pudding mix until smooth.
2. Fold in whipped topping and marshmallows.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
4. Sprinkle pecans on top, if desired, before serving.
