1 lb can Salmon
Milk
1/4 C Butter
2 Tbsp Onion - minced
1/2 C Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 C Corn Flake Crumbs- divided in half


Directions:
Directions:
OVEN 400 20-25 min greased baking sheet

Drain liquid from salmon into a measuring cup
Add milk to liquid to make 1 Cup
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add onion and cook until tender
Stir in flour,salt, tabasco and milk until thickens
Flake salmon and add to sauce with lemon juice..
Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 C of Corn flake crumbs
Chill mixture in refrigerator
Divide chilled mixture into 8 or 10 portions and shape into cones
Coat cones in remaining corn flakes crumbs
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake until golden brown
