5 Persian Cucumbers (quartered lengthwise or sliced)
2 Dill Sprigs
1 clove Garlic (smashed)
1 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
2 tsp. Mustard Seeds
1c. Water
1 qt. size Mason Jar

Directions:
Directions:
Fit the cucumbers, dill and garlic in the mason jar
In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard seeds and 1 c. water; bring to simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves
Pour the hot mixture into the jar and let cool to room temperature
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours; the longer the better
