1 c. Aged Asiago or Parmigiano Cheese
14 fresh Basil Leaves
1/2 c. Pignoli Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper
Grate the hard cheese; measure by tablespoon; put 2" apart on the pan
Gently press a basil leaf in the center or sprinkle with a few pignoli
Bake until cheese spreads and edges become golden - about 5 - 8 minutes; if some brown before others, remove and continue cooking
Cool for 3 minutes and transfer to paper towels to drain
Store in airtight containers
