1 c. Water
6 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Salt
Dash of Freshly Ground Pepper
1 c. All-purpose Flour
4 Eggs
1 c. Grated Swiss Cheese (divided use)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 425º
Combine water, butter, salt, and pepper in small saucepan
Add flour and stir until mixture pulls from sides; remove from heat
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each
Stir in cheese (reserve 2 tbsp.)
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough to form 8 in. circle on baking sheet
Sprinkle with remaining cheese
Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until puffed and golden

Optional: Bake in bite-sized pieces and place a small cube of Swiss cheese in the center of each before baking
