Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8-10 large sweet apples - like Galas - chopped small
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 t salt
2 t cinnamon - I actually just sprinkle cinnamon on top until it's got enough flavor
Small sprinkle of cornstarch

Stir in bowl

Topping:
1 cup cold butter
2 c packed brown sugar
2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut together topping with pastry cutter or fork until butter is well mixed - I actually will make more topping to add. I like a lot of topping.

Put apple mixture in 9x13 pan. Cover with topping
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45- 60 min. Or until nice and browned on top. This is key to make topping crunchy.
