¼ c butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 apple, chopped
⅓ c flour
1 tsp. curry powder
1 ½ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. ground ginger
1 chicken broth
1 c milk
½ c. cream

Juice of one lemon
3 cups cooked, diced turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the onions and apple in the butter.

Blend in the flour, curry, salt, pepper and ginger and cook for a minute or two.

Slowly add the broth, milk and cream.

Add the lemon juice and turkey. Heat through.

Serve over rice.
