2 c. raisins
2 c. boiling water
4 tsp. baking soda
4 scant c. sugar
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix raisins, boiling water and baking soda. Let stand until cold. Add sugar, flour, salt and oil. Mix and separate dough, putting half in 2 loaf pans. Bake for one hour at 350º.
