3/4 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
2 eggs
2/3 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. water
2 T powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar together. Combine eggs, buttermilk, and water.

Add liquid to dry ingredients and whomp together (Rhoda's directions). Leave lumpy. Cook dollar sized pancakes and sprinkle more powdered sugar on top.
