18 ounces white chocolate chips
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon peppermint or vanilla extract
1 cup crushed peppermint candies, divided

Directions:
Directions:
1- Line a 8 ­inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving 2 inches hanging over each side.
2- In a double boiler (or a metal bowl placed over a sauce pan filled with water), place white chocolate chips,
condensed milk and butter. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add peppermint or vanilla
extract and ½ cup crushed peppermint candies.
3- Pour mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle remaining candies over the top.
4- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to overnight. Cut into small squares and serve!
