1 ¼ lbs peeled and deveined shrimp
1-2 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp butter
1 or 2 lemons juiced (1/4 cup)
2 Tbsp capers

Optional:
1 c white wine or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Pat shrimp dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with flour and toss lightly to coat. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook one minute more.

With a slotted spoon, remove shrimp to a plate. Add juice of one lemon to pan and stir to combine. Add remaining butter and whisk into sauce. Add capers and shrimp and sauté for 1 minute until shrimp are heated through. Taste, adjust seasonings and add more lemon juice if needed

If you want a thinner sauce, skip the flour and add the 1 cup of white wine or chicken broth.
