2 15 oz. cans sweet corn, drained
1 15 oz. can creamed sweet corn
8 oz. sour cream
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix all ingredients together, put in casserole dish with non stick spray, bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, edges should be browned
