1 c red wine
1c sugar
Cavender’s accent seasoning
½ c soy sauce
2 tsp ginger
½ bottle oyster sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate duck for 2 hours in the ingredients listed above.

Grill on a hot fire for 3 minutes per side, dipping-- not basting-- in marinade. Remove and marinate shortly in ½ c honey and ½ c Worcestershire sauce. Serve over wild rice.
