1 large package chicken wings
1 cup water
1 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the water, soy sauce, and sugar together until dissolved. Add the cinnamon, garlic, and ginger. Pour over the chicken and refrigerate overnight.

The next day the chicken can either be cooked in a crock pot for 3-4 hours, or cooked in the oven at 325-350º for 2-3 hours in a disposable pan.
