1 Bia onion
1 medium cabbage
3 T salt
pepper to taste
3 fresh tomatoes, in wedges
1 clove garlic, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion lightly. Add cabbage to fill pot, (I use 144 oz pot) and add salt and pepper. You need at least this much salt to reduce the cabbage to half it's volume when you cook it for 10 minutes or so at medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Add tomato wedges and chopped garlic and cook an additional 10 min., stirring occasionally. Serve
