Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°.

Peel and cut into quarters. Place in baking dish with round side down.

Pour about 1/3 cup water into dish. Dot with small amount of butter. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and nutmeg.

Bake covered approximately 1 hour. Brown slightly by removing cover to oven brown or place under broiler short amount of time.
