1 1/2 C sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
2 egg whites
1/3 C water
1/4 tsp salt
1 C marshmellows
dash of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix with electric mixer in top of double boiler. When mixture begins to thicken add marshmellows. Mix until melted. remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat until frosting forms peaks.
