1 cup oatmeal
3 cups seeds
2 cups flour
2 cups water
2 T oil (optional)
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt, or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. for 15 - 20 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Flatten out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Score the flattened mixture to make it easier to break it into pieces.
Bake for 60 minutes.
When cool, break into pieces and spread with butter, jam, soft cheese, ham, salami, or peanut butter
