3 Tbsp butter - melt in large sauce pan
½ cup chopped onion - sauté onion until tender
¼ cup flour
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon mix
¼ tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp garlic powder
2½ cups milk
2 cups chopped ham
10 oz can mushrooms (sliced)
450 g (1 lb) linguini
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, bouillon, mustard and garlic. Add to the pan, and gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture just comes to a boil and thickens. Stir in ham and mushrooms. Heat to serving temperature. Keep warm. Cook pasta as instructed on package. Drain well. Spoon sauce over individual servings of linguini; sprinkle with cheese.
