4 boneless chicken breasts (par boil with 1 tsp garlic and ½ cup water. Season with pepper & dash basil)
Cut chicken into large chunks.
Add fresh broccoli bunch that has been cooked in microwave at high for 1 minute.
Place chicken in casserole on top of broccoli that's been cut into chunks.
Microwave on high with 1 can of mushroom soup and 1 cup grated medium cheddar cheese or more if desired.
Take ½ cup water from parboiled chicken and add 1 tsp Dijon mustard. Cook in microwave for 1 minute on high. Pour over chicken and broccoli mixture.
Bake in 325°F oven for ½ hour until heated through or microwave on medium high for 5-6 minutes. Top with ¼ cup buttered bread crumbs before if cooking in oven or after in microwave. Let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving.
