12 large cabbage leaves
1 ¼ lb ground beef
2 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 small onion
1 egg
1 cup cooked rice
½ tsp poultry seasoning or thyme
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 8oz Hunts tomato sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
¼ cup water
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil leaves, let stand 5 minutes. Drain, then combine next 7 ingredients. Place meat mixture in middle of each leaf and roll-up. Use toothpicks to hold together. Brown in oil in large skillet. Pour in tomato sauce. Combine sugar, water and lemon and stir into sauce. Simmer covered for 1 hour.
