1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs

Directions:
Melt butter in glass pie plate in oven - tilt to cover sides. Mix eggs, milk and flour with a whisk or fork. Pour into pan. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Squeeze lemon over pancake and top with a sprinkling of powdered sugar if desired.
