2 Small Packages Lime Jello
1/2 C. Sugar
12 Marshmallows (cut in 1/4)
1 15 Oz Can Crushed Pineapple (drained and juice reserved)
1 Qt Cottage Cheese
1/2 C. Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Place pineapple juice in saucepan. Add enough water to make 2 cups. Add sugar and jello, bring to a boil.

Add marshmallows and stir until disolved. Cool

When it starts to congeal, add cottage cheese, pinepple, and nuts.

This recipe came from my neighbor and long time friend Mrs. Chandler.

You can also use frozen strawberries instead of pineapple.
