3/4 c stick butter
1 c sugar
1 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 c milk
2 1/2 c (20 oz can) fruit filling

Melt butter in large pie pan in 350 degree oven. Mix all other ingredients except fruit. Pour flour mix over butter; top with fruit. Bake 45 minutes; cool before serving.

This is a quick and tasty dessert to put together with items you have on hand. Substitute a variety of canned fruit-peach, apple, strawberry. The crust to crispy and buttery.
