2 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 c flour
1 tsp salt
2 sticks butter (1 cup)
1 c water
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Frosting:
1 stick butter (1/2 c)
1/2 c peanut butter
6 Tbsp milk
1 lb powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, baking soda, flour and salt; set aside. Combine in a saucepan butter, water and peanut butter and bring to a boil. Pour over flour mix. Mix together the milk, vanilla and eggs; add to flour and butter mix. Pour in a large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan (10x15 in pan). Bake for 20 min at 400 degrees. Meanwhile, mix frosting ingredients: Place 1 stick butter (1/2 c), 1/2 c peanut butter and milk in medium pot; bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar and mix until combined. Pour warmed frosting over cooled cake.
